Allergy Center of Excellence

Phlebotomy Clinic

Our dedicated paediatric phlebotomy clinic provides a calm, reassuring space for children who need blood tests as part of their care.

Situated on the ground floor, the clinic is easily accessible for families and available to all ACE patients. Every detail has been shaped with children in mind, creating an environment where they can feel safe, supported and gently guided through what can sometimes be a worrying moment.

Our specialist paediatric phlebotomists are skilled at helping children feel at ease. They explain each step in clear, age-appropriate language and take the time to build trust, allowing young patients to feel more in control during their visit.

To enhance comfort further, we use an infrared vein finder. This child-friendly technology helps locate veins quickly and clearly, reducing discomfort and minimising the need for repeated attempts.
