Allergy Assist provides families with direct access to expert guidance, supporting the management of food allergy, eczema, asthma and allergic rhinitis.

The service is exclusively available to patients of ACE or those under the care of Professor Lack, Professor Du Toit or Professor Fox, and offers ongoing access to virtual consultations and instant chat with our expert clinical team. With specialist nurses having direct access to our professors, it’s like having the whole allergy team in your pocket.

We are here to share the everyday burden of allergy.

Instant chat available Monday to Friday 8am-8pm.

Designed to support our OIT patients beyond the end of their treatment programme, offering continued reassurance and access to the team for OIT questions and advice.

  • Access to our ‘Allergy Collective’ virtual support group sessions every 2 months with our psychologist Dr Karen Murphy
  • When needed, your nurse can directly consult with our wider expert team, including our professors, dietitian and psychologist.

  • Explore our library of easy-to-follow videos and PDFs on a variety of allergy topics
  • Fast-track access to your clinician for in-person appointments when required (within 2 weeks)
